Allison Irvine (Violin & Vocals)

I was born in Miami. My father is from Hawaii and my mother is from Malaysia. I began playing the violin at age 5. Trained classically, I have recently begun to venture into all other styles of music including funk, reggae, hip hop, folk, rock, ambient experimental jams, and jazz. I have played in many classical ensembles such as the South Florida Youth Symphony, University of Miami Orchestra, I Giovanni and various trios and string quartets. I have also performed at Carnegie Hall with the Redbull Artsehcro Concerto For Turntable with DJ Radar.

I seek to develop as many aspects of music as possible so that I may have the tools to inspire positive emotions and change with what I express. And I love my parents.
